Service Description
Host your own Business Pop-Up at Little Plaza from 11 AM to 4 PM! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your brand, meet customers, and increase visibility. Each booking includes a 120x60 cm table, with the option to bring additional shelving for £5 per extra item (payable on the day). Little Plaza takes no commission from your sales—what you earn is yours! While businesses are responsible for marketing their pop-up, we’ll coordinate social media support to amplify your presence. The venue’s café will be open, offering refreshments for your visitors. 📌 Important: This booking is for business pop-ups only and does not include workshop usage. If you plan to host a workshop, please book a Workshop Space separately. Secure your date and connect with customers today!

Cancellation Policy
Little Plaza Business Pop-Up Policy1. Booking & Payment** - Business Pop-Up bookings run from **11 AM to 4 PM** on selected dates. - Each booking includes a **120x60 cm table**. - Additional shelving or display items can be brought by the business, with a charge of **£5 per extra item (payable on the day).** - Full payment is required when booking to secure your spot. - All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where Little Plaza must cancel the event. 2. Setup & Takedown - Setup begins at **10:30 AM**. - Takedown starts at **3 PM**, and businesses must clear their space by ** 4 PM**. - Vendors are responsible for their own setup and takedown. 3. Marketing & Promotion** - Businesses are responsible for promoting their own pop-up to attract customers. - Little Plaza will provide **social media coordination** but does not guarantee foot traffic. - Flyers, banners, and marketing materials must be approved by Little Plaza in advance. 4. Venue Rules** - The **café will be open** for customers during the pop-up event. - Businesses must keep their space clean and respect other vendors. - No loud music, disruptive behavior, or obstructing walkways is allowed. - **Workshops are not included** in the Business Pop-Up. If you want to run a workshop, please book a separate **Workshop Space**. 5. Cancellations & No-Shows* - No refunds or date changes are available once booked. - If a vendor cannot attend, they must notify Little Plaza at least 48 hours in advance and payment is not refundable. 6. Liability & Responsibility** - Vendors are responsible for their own stock, equipment, and security. - Little Plaza is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. - Vendors must comply with health & safety regulations and provide any required insurance or licenses. By booking a Business Pop-Up at Little Plaza, you agree to these terms.
