Over the May bank holiday weekend, families from across Edinburgh poured into St James Quarter for a celebration like no other — and at the heart of it all was the Little Plaza Family Kids Zone. Nestled on Level 3, this vibrant space became a buzzing hub of creativity, joy, and connection during the Seafood Festival (3rd-5th, May).

You’ve just stumbled into a kids' creativity paradise – and your little ones don’t want to leave. From the moment families arrived, they were greeted with colour, laughter, and the sound of kids diving into paint pots and craft supplies. The atmosphere was alive with excitement — the kind that only happens when little hands are busy creating, and big imaginations are running wild.
