Growing Again

Here’s what you can expect:  1. **Midwife Led**: Their course is (as always) led by experienced midwives who understand the unique challenges and joys that come with being pregnant again.   2. **Labour + Birth refresher**: you have birthed a baby before, but maybe you have questions about your previous birth, maybe you are looking to do things slightly different this time. They will also cover some birth prep information as a little refresher.   3. **Preparation for adding a sibling**: Parenthood can bring about a range of emotions, and adding another child to the mix can amplify these feelings. They will cover how to transition to adding another baby into the mix.  5. **Community and Support**: Connect with other parents who are on a similar journey. Share experiences, offer support, and meet some pals.  6. **Q&A Sessions**: Engage in interactive Q&A sessions with us during the 3rd session with some coffee and cake while the kids play.
