Play & Stay Booking Terms & Conditions

 

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions carefully before booking:  

 

1. Booking & Deposit:  

   - A £5 redeemable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your specific date and time slot and helps us manage staff and resources efficiently.  

   - The deposit is non-refundable in the event of:  

     - A no-show.  

     - Arrival on the wrong date or time.  

     - Cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice.  

 

2. Arrival & Timing:  

   - Please try your best to arrive on time of your bookingslot. We will only keep the reservation 15 minutes after your booked time slot.  

   - If you anticipate being late, kindly notify us via email at hello@littleplaza.co.uk.  

   - Groups are welcome to stay until the venue closes for the day.  

 

3. Cancellations:  

   - To cancel your booking, please provide at least 24 hours written notice by emailing hello@littleplaza.co.uk.  

   - Deposits for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be refunded.  

 

4. Food & Drink Policy:  

   - External baby food is permitted but subject to a £2 cleaning fee per child.  

   - A food and drink menu is available on-site for additional orders.  

   - Little Plaza is an independent business. It is open to customers who at least purchase hot drinks with us. Staff reserves the right to ask individuals who have not purchased a hot drink to leave. Thank you for supporting our small business!

5. Play & Stay Area:  

   - Access to the Play & Stay Area is available only to purchasing customers and £3 per child (ages 3 months to 2.5 years).  

   - Older children accompanying the group are welcome but must play gently and under adult supervision.  

   - Please notify us of all children’s ages when booking to allow us to allocate space and activities appropriately.  

 

6. Craft Stations:  

   -  Craft stations is available for older children and subject to separate charge. If your group wishes to use the craft station, please ask staff to see what options available. .  

 

7. General Conduct:  

   - All visitors are expected to respect the space and staff. Please be kind to our staff. Little Plaza reserves the right to ask any individual or group to leave if their behaviour disrupts the experience for others.
